Stockbridge invites residents to candidate forum

The city of Stockbridge invites residents to an upcoming candidate forum next week. Municipal voters have nine candidates on the ballot to select from in November.

The forum will be held on Tuesday, October 8, at Merle Manders Conference Center starting at 7 pm. The event is free and open to all.

The event will be moderated by a local journalist and include the opportunity for an audience Q & A.

Qualified candidates in the city of Stockbridge council election include the following individuals. Voters will be asked to select three of the nine on their ballots.

  • Nathan Banks
  • Yolanda Barber
  • Jacqueline Blalock
  • John Blount (I)
  • Arthur Christian
  • Cherice Hollis
  • Kenneth McFarland
  • Neat Robinson (I)
