When complete, the nine-acre park will offer parking, dog park, playground area and walking track with appropriate fencing, sidewalks and other improvements. Approximately three acres of open play area are located inside the walking track.

A future phase II will construct additional paths and a small skate park within the open play area. Phase II will be constructed at a later date when impact fee funding allows.
