Various new subdivisions are under construction in unincorporated Henry County, as of winter 2024-2025. This is a look at eleven projects under construction, based on requests for new street light districts.
New Subdivisions in Henry County Winter 2025
The following subdivisions in unincorporated Henry County were approved for a new street light district between November 2024 to February 2025:
- Broder Farms (phase 3), located off Flippen Road has 38 lots, homes built by DR Horton.
- Cambria (phases 1 & 2), located off Jonesboro Road has 53 lots, built by Builders Professional Group, LLC.
- Cooper Park (phases 1 & 2), located off Chambers Road has 129 lots, built by DRB Group.
- Echo Glen at Eagles Landing townhomes, located off East Lake Parkway has 184 townhomes, built by Forestar Group.
- The Estates at Anderson Point (phase 2), located off McGarity Road has 39 lots, built by Pulte Homes.
- Grandview (phases 1 & 2), located off Millers Mill Road has 132 lots, built by DRB Group.
- Heritage Point (phases 2 & 3), located off Dutchtown Road has 93 lots, built by Lennar Homes.
- Kendall Grove (phase 1), located off Willow Lane has 225 lots, built by Starlight Homes Georgia, LLC.
- Kingston (phase 2A), located off Bill Gardner Parkway has 16 lots, built by DRB Group.
- Norman Estates, located off North Ola Road has 89 lots, built by AMH Development.
- The Point of Heron Bay (phase 2), located off Heron Bay Blvd has 100 lots, built by Ashton Woods.
The above projects total 1,098 homes. The list reflects projects in unincorporated Henry County only. New subdivisions within each city would apply through their respective city for a street light district.
