The second building at the Cubes at Locust Grove looks to build in 2020. The Cubes at Locust Grove is a 343 acre industrial park. ClayCo Realty Group of St. Louis, Missouri is the site developer.
Update: CarMax announced plans in 2023 to build a repair center at the location instead.
The first phase of the project finished in 2017. It built a one million square foot (MSF) warehouse. It also completed the realignment of Price Drive at Bill Gardner Parkway to serve the development.

The Locust Grove city council rezoned phase II in January 2019. The site can support up to six buildings. Total space can be up to 4.3 million square feet.
Building 600 is located south of the existing structure and will use a shared driveway off Price Drive. The building will offer 562,500 square feet. It has an estimated availability in December 2020.
Future buildings 100 – 400 are located south of Bethlehem Road. The warehouses will directly benefit from the future interstate exit and a portion of the industrial park’s property will become right of way in the realigned and widened Bethlehem Road.
Locust Grove’s Growing Industrial Sector
