The Locust Grove city council approved the amenities package for the under-construction Berkeley Lakes subdivision. The subdivision is located off South Unity Grove Road and Davis Road.

The council previously approved the final plat for the subdivision in November 2017. There are a total of 160 lots, from which approximately twenty percent are built out.

Planned amenities include a playground, air-conditioned cabana, a 20′ x 40′ inground pool, two corn hole courts, one bocce court, and a 100′ x 175′ multiuse field. There are also pocket parks and a 10′ multiuse trail.
