Thompson Thrift, a national multifamily builder, announced earlier this month their upcoming project off Jodeco Road. The Levi apartments will be the second apartment complex within Bridges at Jodeco.
The new complex will offer 212 units. It will be south of the existing Argento at the Bridges units.
The Levi Apartments
The Levi will be a new apartment complex located within the I-75 exit 222 / Jodeco Road vicinity. The project consists of fifteen acres located within the larger Bridges at Jodeco development.
The 212 units will contain a combination of one, two and three-bedroom units. The units will average 1,100 square feet. Estimated rent rates for the project are not yet available.
According to the developer’s press release, the units will feature premium interior finishes. They include the following:
Apartment homes will feature premium interior finishes that all Thompson Thrift communities are known for including stainless-steel appliances, hardwood-style flooring, a walk-in shower, various smart home capabilities, full-sized washers and dryers and a detached garage. Certain upgraded homes will also feature premium cabinetry with soft-close doors with a full-height backsplash, a deluxe closet system with shelving and attached garages.

In addition, the gated-community development will offer several amenities for its residents. They include the following:
- a 24-hour fitness center,
- resort-style swimming pool,
- fire pits and grilling area,
- pickleball court,
- dog park & pet spa, and
- Starbucks coffee bar.
Lastly, residents will be a short walk away from the growing number of restaurants and retail shops building within Bridges at Jodeco. Some of those options include Costco, Sprouts Farmers Market opening this fall, and First Watch breakfast and lunch. First Watch broke ground this month.
Thompson Thrift is a nationwide development company. The company founded in 1986. They currently have projects in twenty-two states. The Levi on Jodeco Road is the company’s third project in Georgia. Other projects are in Pooler, near Savannah, and Union City.
Living at Bridges at Jodeco
Thompson Thrift’s involvement in the project first emerged in fall 2023. At the time, the Stockbridge council approved an updated site plan for Bridges at Jodeco. The site plan depicted the second apartments complex.
Original plans for the Jodeco Road development supported this number of apartment units. The first plan in 2015, then known as Jodeco Crossings, had 615 multifamily units. Between Argento and The Levi, there will be 518 apartments. A caveat, however, there is now a 140-unit rental townhome project under construction as well. TWO Real Estate is building the Tessa Jodeco community. The three projects together total 658 units.
Finally, there have been discussions throughout the years about a single-family component. The latest leasing package suggests this may be senior housing instead. More info about this aspect of the development is not available.
