The grand opening for the new Kelleytown Publix is this Wednesday, December 14, at 7 am. The store is located at the corner of state route 155 and Kelleytown Road.

All of your typical departments will be available at the new store: meats, deli, bakery, produce and grocery. In addition, the pharmacy has a drive-thru window to better serve its guests.
The new Publix is similar to the Ola location measuring 48,000 square feet. Construction began in summer 2021. Henry County rezoned the property in July 2020.
Outparcels and Shops
The first outparcel, occupied by Wendy’s, has already opened. Outparcel two will be a dentist’s office. The third outparcel remains available.
Several restaurants have plans to open adjacent to Publix: Your Pie Pizza, Sabor a Mexico, and Scrambled. In addition, Allure Nails and 100% Chiropractic leased space. Other tenants have not yet been announced.
Finally, a new senior living apartment building is planning to build. They will be south of the new grocery store. Paladin, Inc. of Atlanta, GA has proposed a 72-unit three-story senior apartment building for the property. Henry County approved a change in zoning conditions in April 2022 for their project.
