Join the Barony of Bryn Madoc and the Kingdom of Meridies for a day of learning, teaching, and activities for everyone! Classes covering a wide breadth and significant depth of the historic and current Middle Ages (and Renaissance) will be offered by teachers and friends. As the gathering of the Royal University of Meridies, this event also includes graduation for those who have through great effort completed a degree program. This accessible air-conditioned site welcomes all who would come learn.

A fantastic day of classes, a delicious fundraiser lunch, and a Royal Court to celebrate the most wonderful populace in the world will be yours to enjoy.

This is a one-day event. The site opens at 8 a.m. and closes at 7 p.m. Troll opens at 8:30 a.m. and closes at Noon.

Call for Instructors: If you have a class you would like to teach at this year’s session, please use the form linked below to submit your information. If you submit more than one class, please indicate on the form which is your priority, as space will likely be limited.

For financial purposes at events hosted by the Barony of Bryn Madoc, “adult” price shall be designated as those of 18 years or older. SCA members receive a $10 discount on registration fees. Proof of membership is required.

Minors
Minors (under the age of eighteen) must have a parent or parent-approved legal guardian with completed proper paperwork on site at all times.

You can pay online either by PayPal or by credit card. An invoice will be emailed to you in about 3 business days with payment billing. The form is for one application per person. If you wish to pay for several people together, just make a note in the reservations to put them on one invoice.

If reserving by mail, please make checks payable to “SCA, Inc., dba Barony of Bryn Madoc.” Reservations may be sent to Maestra Leonora Simonetta d’Este (Linda Gilbert), 135 Curtis Drive, Athens, GA 30605.

The only reservation is a paid reservation! No e-mail or phone reservations will be accepted.
