Two new restaurants are coming soon to the Bridges at Jodeco development. Five Guys and Minano Ramen have submitted building permit applications for new locations.
Bridges at Jodeco Restaurants
Several new restaurants opened within Bridges at Jodeco in 2024. Those included Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, Starbucks and Whataburger. Hacienda Bar & Grill opened in January 2025, and First Watch is under construction for a fall 2025 opening. Now, two more restaurants are joining the lineup. They include Five Guys and Minano Ramen.
Five Guys on Jodeco Road
Five Guys will be at 1060 Chen Parkway, Suite A. This building is located south of the Sprouts Farmers Market. Five Guys is known for burgers and seemingly-endless french fries.
The restaurant started in Washington, D.C. in 1986. Today, they are in 49 states and DC (none in Alaska). This includes 62 Georgia locations. Five Guys has one existing Henry County location in McDonough.
Minano Ramen
Minano Ramen will be at 1060 Chen Parkway, Suite B. They applied for their building permit on March 10. It is presently in review. The restaurant serves Japanese cuisine. They have one existing location in Tampa, FL.
Other Restaurants
Previously-announced Salad and Go looks to start construction soon. It will be beside Whataburger along Jodeco Road. They applied for their land disturbance permit on February 18. Another previously-announced restaurant, Bahama Breeze, withdrew from the project.
According to the Bridges at Jodeco Facebook page, they are working to bring Carrabba’s Italian Grill and Bubba’s 33 to the project. Bubba’s is a burgers and pizza sports bar. The restaurants would be on the Jodeco Road frontage in front of Costco. As of March 20, building permits have not yet been submitted for either project.
Several businesses have submitted permits to locate within the retail suites in Argento at the Bridges. Those include BIWA Beauty, Kulani Spa & Wellness, Marven Lamothe Insurance Agency Inc. and a sauna shop.
Finally, Primrose Schools, a private preschool, will be building at the corner of Mt Olive Road and Chen Parkway.
