The IHOP on Bill Gardner Parkway in Locust Grove will be closing to become a new Chase Bank. The city council approved architectural renderings for the project in May.
Chase Bank on Bill Gardner Parkway
The new Chase Bank will replace the existing IHOP restaurant located at 4971 Bill Gardner Parkway in Locust Grove. This will be the bank’s first location in the city.
As part of the change over, Chase Bank will renovate both the interior and exterior of the building. Exterior renovations will include changing the front entry from the IHOP blue brand color to match Chase Bank branding. The renovations will also include new awnings and concealing the A-frame entry way associated with IHOP.
The project will renovate the building interior into office space. The building was originally built in 2012.
The Locust Grove council approved the architectural renderings at the May 1 meeting. A timeline was not immediately available how long renovations would take or when they would commence. Update: renovations began in mid-June 2023.
