Happy Monday! I hope everyone enjoyed the various festivals if you had a chance to attend one or multiple events this past weekend. I stopped by Locust Grove Day, the Foodies festival at Tanger Outlets, and a corvette car show at Summit Racing.

April is a five-Tuesday month. That means there’s no board of commissioners meeting this week. Instead, the Stockbridge and McDonough councils are on this week’s calendar.

The county continues to release calls for bids and proposals for SPLOST VI projects. The latest request is for construction on a new tax and tag office in Locust Grove. This will be the county’s third tag office when it is complete.
