

Couples Yoga
Couples yoga builds trust, support, and communication. Couples yoga includes flowing sequences and static poses where partners use the strength and support of each other to maintain the pose.
Experiment with synchronizing your breath, assisted stretches, and 2 person postures. Build a deeper connection through gentle touch and partner assisted stretches.
Be present with your mind and body as you support your partner in their practice.
Couples will receive a special Valentine’s sweet treat from Crumbles by Nicole.
Workshop payment is per pair.
Workshop minimum is 5 couples. Should the minimum amount of participants not register for class, the class will be cancelled and funds will be returned.
